Give it one long run down the expressway and you'll get why players obsess over speed, but the garage meta isn't that simple. When you start comparing FH6 Cars, the biggest number on the stat sheet can fool you fast, because Japan's tight roads, uphill bends, city exits, and short braking zones punish cars that need half the map to wake up.
Raw speed is still ruled by one monsterThe Venom F5 owns the straight-line crownThe 2021 Hennessey Venom F5 is the car people talk about first, and fair enough. In stock form, it can hit 304 mph, which puts it above the Koenigsegg Jesko and Agera RS for pure top-end bragging rights. It's also cheaper than those two, sitting at 2,050,000 CR, so it feels like the obvious pick if your only plan is highway blasting or chasing speed trap records. But there's a catch. Its 6.5 acceleration and 7.0 launch mean it doesn't leap out of corners. It builds speed, then keeps building. That's brilliant on a huge straight, less brilliant when the next bend arrives before the car has settled.

The Jesko is usually the nicer car to race. It doesn't have the Venom's headline speed, but it feels calmer when you're flat out, and the 9.1 handling rating matters when the road stops being a ruler-straight highway. The Agera RS is another strong pick if you care about braking confidence. The Speedtail looks tempting, especially for McLaren fans, though its handling keeps it more in the grand-tourer lane than true race meta.
Race pace comes from recovery, not just speedShort tracks expose slow accelerationYou'll notice it in circuit events almost straight away. A Speed-10 hypercar flies once it's moving, but every heavy braking zone resets the fight. Cars with better launch and acceleration get back to pace sooner, and that adds up over three laps. If you're building for wins rather than screenshots, look for cars that do these things well.
  • Pull hard out of second and third gear corners.
  • Stay stable under braking on downhill sections.
  • Hold grip when the road tightens mid-corner.
  • Reach useful speed quickly instead of chasing a huge maximum.
That's why the Mercedes-AMG One, Porsche 918 Spyder, Ferrari FXX-K Evo Welcome Pack, and Lamborghini Revuelto are such smart buys. The AMG One has perfect acceleration, the 918 launches like a missile, and the Revuelto is shockingly good for its price. The Ferrari is the bargain that doesn't feel like a bargain car at all.
Spend for the way you actually driveA tighter garage beats a random hypercar pileMost players don't need five top-speed cars. One highway build, one balanced S2 racer, and one grip-focused R-Class machine will cover nearly everything. Use auto-upgrade if you're in a hurry, then try community tunes when you want sharper gearing, better corner bite, or less nervous steering at speed. If you're saving money or picking up cheap Forza Horizon 6 Credits to round out your garage, spend with a plan: Venom F5 for speed traps, Jesko for fast-road control, Ferrari FXX-K Evo for value racing, and Revuelto if you want a low-cost S2 car that punches way above its price.
