Of course, this method costs a large amount of stubs, so it’s not ideal for everyone.
3rd Inning XP Reward Path
Another good method comes from progressing through the 3rd Inning XP Reward Path.
Once you reach the repeatable bonus wheel near the end of the program, Chase Pack 11 can appear as one of the wheel rewards. It’s still random, but active players who grind XP daily have a much better chance of seeing one over time.

Is Chase Pack 11 Worth Chasing?
Honestly, it depends on your expectations.
If you’re specifically trying to pull Ted Simmons, the odds are still very low even after getting the Chase Pack itself. Many players end up spending huge amounts of stubs without getting the featured card.
But if you enjoy the excitement of pack openings and you’re happy with the possibility of pulling any valuable Diamond card, Chase Pack 11 can still feel rewarding.
