If you have been spending any decent amount of time in Grow A Garden 2 lately, you have probably seen some high-level players showing off massive palm trees loaded with valuable fruit. Coconuts are one of the most sought-after Epic crops in the game. Because they are a multi-harvest plant, once you manage to get one in the ground, it keeps providing recurring value over and over. It is an amazing way to boost your long-term earnings, but tracking down that first seed requires a mix of patience, strategy, and a bit of luck. Checking Sam’s Seed ShopThe only natural way to get your hands on a Coconut seed is by visiting Sam’s Seed Shop. You can find this shop located right in the middle of the main server map. If you do not feel like walking over there, you can simply click the "Seeds" quick-travel button right at the top of your screen to warp there instantly. Here is the catch: Sam doesn't keep Coconuts in stock all the time. The shop inventory operates on a rolling rotation that updates exactly every five minutes. Because Coconut seeds are classified as an Epic tier item, they only have roughly a 5% chance to appear during any given restock. If you are serious about hunting one down, you will want to park your character near the shop or keep a close eye on the clock to check the stock every time it refreshes. When a Coconut seed finally pops up in the shop rotation, you need to be ready to act fast. Depending on the most recent game balancing patches, a single seed will set you back anywhere between 70,000 and 140,000 Sheckles. Make sure you keep a healthy stack of savings on hand so you don't miss out when luck finally breaks your way. Alternatively, if you are short on in-game currency and want to bypass the waiting game entirely, the developers have included an option to buy the seed instantly using 149 Robux. Tips for Growing and Harvesting Your CoconutsOnce you successfully buy and plant your seed, the real work begins. Palm trees take a while to mature, but you can significantly speed up the growth cycle by using standard utility tools like your watering can or setting up automated sprinklers around the plot. The biggest surprise for first-time growers usually comes after the tree is fully mature: these trees are incredibly tall, and the fruit grows way up at the top, well out of normal reaching distance. Fortunately, the community has figured out a couple of clever workarounds to make harvesting painless: The Bamboo Ladder Trick: This is by far the easiest method. When you plant your Coconut seed, plant a few Bamboo seeds directly adjacent to it. As the bamboo grows tall alongside the palm tree, you can easily use the bamboo stalks like a makeshift ladder, climbing straight up to pluck your fresh coconuts. Tree Parkour: If you don't have any Bamboo seeds on hand, take a close look at the trunk of your Coconut tree. The developers designed the palm trunk with a slight, natural slant. With a bit of practice, you can carefully jump and parkour your way up the angled trunk and onto the leaves to harvest your crop.
